Today, lets try something new. I’m turning this podcast into a verbal cooking school, and we’re making Vietnamese rolls. So pop your headphones in and lets start cooking.

Ingredients:
-Vietnamese baguette
– Pork belly (Or meat of choice)
– Carrot x 1
– Cucumber x 1
– Spanish onion (Red) x 1
– Coriander x 1 bunch
– Red chilli x 1
– Spring Onion x 1 bunch
– Hoisin Sauce
– Fried Shallots
– Liver Paste
– Butter (Room temperature)
